There are many suns known for talking, though the talking ability all depends on the parrot and it's situation as well as it's owner.

Sun conures are capable of learning to talk. Sun Conures are not great talkers though and their strengths are personality and color. They really enjoy human attention. Between the age of 3 and 6 months a sun conure "tests" everything with it's beak. It is not the same as biting and can be used to teach your bird that this behavior is unacceptable. If it holds your finger to hard it should immediately go back in it's cage for time out.
